№ 51 Яичник Яичник с поверхности покрыт однослойным плоским эпителием - мезотелием (1), переходящим сюда с брюшины. Под ним находится белочная оболочка (2), образованная плотной волокнистой соединительной тканью.Паренхима яичника подразделяется на корковое вещество (3), занимающее основную часть органа, и мозговое вещество (4) - узкую, как тяж, область в глубине яичника.В мозговом веществе находятся соединительная ткань, от которой идут прослойки (с сосудами и нервами) через корковое вещество к белочной оболочке; а также остатки канальцев первичной почки, образующие эпителиальные тяжи и трубочки - сеть яичника. Главные же компоненты яичника сосредоточены в его корковом веществе. Это, во-первых, фолликулы -покоящиеся (примордиальные (4)), развивающиеся (первичные (5), вторичные и третичные) и атрезирующие (т.е. подвергающиеся инволюции).Примордиальные фолликулы (4) расположены в субкапсулярной зоне яичника и весьма многочисленны, по размеру - самые мелкие, а их фолликулярные клетки - плоские и лежат вокруг половой клетки в один слой. Первичные фолликулы (5): по размеру существенно больше примордиальных, вокруг ооцита I (5.А) появляется блестящая оболочка из гликопротеинов и гликозамингликанов; фолликулярные клетки - уже не плоские, а кубические и лежат в 1-2 слоя.
Вторичные фолликулы - вокруг ооцита I (1) - по-прежнему блестящая оболочка (2), фолликулярный эпителий (3) становится многослойным;
Третичные фолликулы (граафовы пузырьки): Главная отличительная черта - в том, что основной объём фолликула занят большой полостью с жидкостью (6.А). В связи с этим, фолликулярный эпителий подразделяется на пристеночный слой (по-прежнему лежащий на базальной мембране, обращённой к теке) и зернистый слой (6.Г), окружающий блестящую оболочку (6.В) ооцита (6.Б).
| № 52 Матка Стенка матки включает три оболочки: слизистую (эндометрий) (2), мышечную (миометрий) (5.А-5.В) и серозную (периметрий) (6). Эндометрий содержит однослойный призматический эпителий (2.А) и собственную пластинку (2.Б), которая пронизана маточными железами (3).В эпителии матки (как и в эпителии яйцеводов) - два типа клеток: реснитчатые и железистые (слизеобразующие). Собственная пластинка (2.Б) образована рыхлой волокнистой соединительной тканью.Но в ней некоторые соединительнотканные клетки трансформированы в децидуальные клетки -крупные, округлой формы, с включениями гликогена и липопротеинов. эндометрий (2): поверхностный функциональный слой - отторгающийся при менструации -и базальный слой - сохраняющийся при менструации. Миометрий - самая выраженная (по толщине) оболочка матки. Основной её компонент - гладкая мышечная ткань.В миометрии различают 3 слоя: подслизистый (5.А) (не следует путать этот слой с подслизистой основой других органов), сосудистый (5.Б) (очень богатый крупными сосудами) и надсосудистый (5.В) - самый наружный. наружная оболочка, периметрий (6). рыхлая волокнистая соединительная ткань с большим количеством сосудов. Вокруг шейки матки имеется скопление жировой ткани - параметрий.С поверхности большая часть матки покрыта плодная часть материнская часть Плацента - внезародышевый орган, который формируется во время беременности и состоит из двух частей: плодной и материнской.
Плодная часть. - "Сверху" (со стороны амниотической полости) она покрыта амниотической оболочкой, включающей однослойный цилиндрический эпителий (1) и собственную пластинку (2) из плотной соединительной ткани.
Основа же плодной части - ветвистый хорион: хориальная пластинка (3) и отходящие от неё вглубь материнской части плаценты длинные и разветвлённые ворсины (4). Между амниотической оболочкой и хорионом находится слой "слизистой" (очень рыхлой соединительной) ткани.
Материнская часть плаценты (6-7) - это часть расслоенного плодом эндометрия, которая прилежит к миометрию. В её образовании участвуют нижние слои функционального слоя и базальный слой эндометрия.В материнской части плаценты обнаруживаются следующие компоненты:соединительнотканная базальная пластинка (7), отходящие от неё септы (6) с идущими в них сосудами и лакуны (пространства) между септами. В базальной пластинке материнской части плаценты, помимо обычных соединительнотканных элементов, присутствуют скопления децидуальных клеток (7.А) - крупных, овальных, со светлой цитоплазмой (богатой гликогеном).
