Population in demography is a set of people living on Earth (the population of the Earth) or within a specific territory — a continent, country, state, region, and so on. Ecology is the science of the connections between living organisms and the environment. Environmentalists talk about global climate change, including an increase in the average annual temperature, causing the melting of glaciers, and rising sea levels. Of course, climate change affects not only people, but also the rest of the world's nature. Global warming has few positive consequences. Any climate change can affect the life of plants and animals, as well as the structure of the entire ecosystem. Some species are already responding to warmer climates by moving to cooler locations. Climate change also affects the ecosystems and biodiversity of our planet. Climate and weather changes can force species to migrate to new areas. Population ecology is a sub-branch of ecology that deals with the dynamics of species populations and how these populations interact with the environment, for example, fertility and mortality, as well as immigration and emigration Tundra is a type of natural zones lying beyond the northern limits of forest vegetation, a space with permafrost soil that is not flooded by sea or river waters. Mosses and lichens are characteristic of the lowland tundra. In the northern regions, part of the area is covered with fragments of rocks, where only lichens are found, covering the stones with a thin layer. Cranberry bushes, blueberries, cloudberries are often found in the Tundra. The most common tundra animal is reindeer, wild and domestic. Its main food, yagel, is available at any time of the year. Flocks of migratory birds flock to the tundra in spring. These are geese, cranes, swans. The permanent inhabitants of the tundra are Arctic foxes, lemmings, polar owls, and partridges. The word deer has the same singular and plural form: deer deer Мясо оленя - Deer Meat, так как к названию животного просто прибавляется слово Meat. 2.1 Что изучает популяционная экология? A species is a collection of individuals similar in biochemical and morpho physiological characteristics, capable of interbreeding with each other, producing fertile offspring and forming a common area. Individuals belonging to one species do not interbreed with individuals of another species. The view is continuous in time. What does population ecology study? Population ecology is a branch of ecology that studies the structure and functioning of animal and plant populations. |
