They sell different goods to very many companies. Stepanov's firm does business with British and French companies. Many customers come to Vladexport to discuss business matters with the company's engineers. They usually discuss prices, terms of payment, shipment and delivery. Степанов ― директор фирмы. As compared to sole proprietorships, partnerships have three distinct advantages: When partners are added to a proprietorship they often bring with them additional capital (money). Partners share many of the responsibilities that fall entirely upon a proprietor's shoulders. Like sole proprietorships, partnerships are easy to form.
