Что значит быть воспитателем? Для меня моя профессия — это возможность постоянно находиться в мире детства, в мире сказки и фантазии. Особо осознаешь значимость профессии воспитателя, когда видишь распахнутые навстречу глаза детей; глаза, жадно ловящие каждое мое слово, мой взгляд и жест. Глядя в эти детские глаза, понимаешь, что ты нужна им, что именно ты закладываешь ростки будущих характеров. Я считаю профессию воспитателя лучшей для женщины. Ведь главное качество женщины — материнство. И по-матерински стараюсь окружать детей заботой, лаской и вниманием. В ответ от детей получаю новый заряд позитива, творчества, массу положительных эмоций. А еще я — созидатель! Не зря ведь детей называют «цветами жизни». Труд воспитателя можно сравнить с трудом садовника. Одно растение любит свет солнца, другое — прохладную тень; одно любит берег ручья, другое — высохшую горную вершину. Каждому нужен особый, только для него подходящий уход, иначе оно не достигнет совершенства в своем развитии. Так и в моей работе каждому ребенку необходима любовь, понимание его индивидуальности. Ведь только в любви открывается неповторимость каждого ребенка, раскрывается его образ. Бесспорно, труд воспитателя тяжел — нелегко быть образцом для подражания, советчиком, судьей, наставником. Рядом со мной дети, дети разные: дерзкие, неугомонные, застенчивые и робкие, «молчуны» и «болтушки». Что я могу им дать? Прежде всего — любовь! И я люблю их такими, какие они есть. Я поняла, что надо учиться воспринимать лучшее, что есть в детях, помогая им самим это лучшее в себе увидеть. Я наблюдаю за ними и вижу какие «изюминки» скрываются пока внутри каждого. Согласитесь, как это важно, не оставлять невостребованным ни один из талантов: способность к размышлению, к пению или танцам, к физическим упражнениям или общению с другими. Быть воспитателем в современных условиях сложно и ответственно, так как нужны не только всесторонние знания, опыт, но и огромное терпение, постоянно находиться в творческом поиске, вносить в работу что-то новое. С огромным интересом я постоянно изучаю новые технологии в сфере образования, интересуюсь современными приемами воспитания, все новое интересно для меня, это помогает мне зажечь искру интереса в глазах своих воспитанников к познанию, творчеству, осознанию радости общения. Наша профессия нужна и дает обществу детей, подготовленных к дальнейшей жизни, уверенных в себе, желающих учиться дальше. Я горжусь, что причастна к становлению личности, оказанию помощи родителям в адаптации детей к дальнейшей жизни в современном обществе. И важно помнить вечную заповедь: не навреди. Ведь душа ребенка — это не каменистая почва, а цветок, которому необходимо помочь раскрыться. И, более того, необходимо научить своих воспитанников идти трудными дорогами познаний, не ждать готовых решений, а искать и находить самим знания. Вот поэтому наша задача заключается в том, чтобы не просто заполнить сосуд готовыми знаниями, а привить тягу к самопознанию. What does it mean to be a teacher? For me, my profession is an opportunity to constantly be in the world of childhood, in the world of fairy tales and fantasy. You especially realize the importance of the profession of an educator when you see the eyes of children wide open to meet; eyes eagerly catching my every word, my look and gesture. Looking into these children's eyes, you understand that they need you, that it is you who are laying the seeds of future characters. I consider the profession of a teacher to be the best for a woman. After all, the main quality of a woman is motherhood. And like a mother, I try to surround children with care, affection and attention. In response, I get a new charge of positiveness, creativity, a lot of positive emotions from the children.And I am also a creator! It is not for nothing that children are called “flowers of life”. The work of a teacher can be compared to that of a gardener. One plant loves the light of the sun, another loves the cool shade; one loves the bank of a stream, the other loves a dry mountain peak. Everyone needs a special, only suitable care for him, otherwise he will not achieve perfection in his development. Likewise, in my work, every child needs love, an understanding of his individuality. After all, only in love is the uniqueness of each child revealed, his image is revealed. Undoubtedly, the work of an educator is hard - it is not easy to be a role model, advisor, judge, mentor. There are children next to me, different children: impudent, restless, shy and timid, "silent" and "talkers". What can I give them? First of all - love! And I love them for who they are. I realized that we need to learn to perceive the best that is in children, helping them to see the best in themselves. I watch them and see what kind of "zest" are hidden while inside each. Agree how important it is not to leave unclaimed any of the talents: the ability to think, to sing or dance, to exercise or communicate with others. Being an educator in modern conditions is difficult and responsible, since you need not only comprehensive knowledge, experience, but also great patience, constantly be in a creative search, bring something new to work. With great interest, I constantly study new technologies in the field of education, I am interested in modern methods of education, everything new is interesting for me, it helps me to ignite a spark of interest in the eyes of my pupils in knowledge, creativity, awareness of the joy of communication.Our profession is needed and gives the society children prepared for future life, self-confident, willing to study further. I am proud to be involved in the formation of a personality, helping parents in adapting their children to future life in modern society. And it is important to remember the eternal commandment: do no harm. After all, a child's soul is not stony soil, but a flower that needs help to open up. And, moreover, it is necessary to teach your pupils to follow the difficult paths of knowledge, not to wait for ready-made solutions, but to seek and find knowledge themselves. That is why our task is not just to fill the vessel with ready-made knowledge, but to instill a craving for self-knowledge. |
