We are ready to devote a whole series of articles to this topic, and today we will start with the "foundation", with the foundation of the house. Inexperienced and even experienced builders are wondering what kind of cement should be purchased to make the foundation last as long as possible, without causing any unexpected inconvenience to the residents of the structure. Let's figure out what is "cement"? Cement is a crushed rock that has undergone a long processing process, limestone. There is also a second name for this construction mix-this is Portland cement. This material is the main component that is part of the concrete, which we will talk about in this article. Concrete is divided into several grades depending on the volume of impurities in the substance. The impurities are water and crushed stone. Learn more about brands: M100 is a brand of concrete that contains a small amount of gravel and crushed stone, which means that it has low strength, and therefore low frost and moisture resistance. Most often it is used in small-scale construction, for example, the installation of curbs, playgrounds, pedestrian crossings. M200-this concrete belongs to the "heavy" concrete mixes and is used in low-rise and multi-storey construction. It is the main brand of concrete in the production of concrete products. In addition, it is also used in the construction of paving slabs, curbs, and various decorative elements. M300-is one of the most popular brands of concrete due to its wide range of applications. This concrete is used in the construction of roads, foundations of various types: tape, plate, pile-roaster, floor slabs and concrete fences. The composition is exclusively granite crushed stone, due to which this brand has high frost resistance, good water resistance. M400-this concrete is designed for complex structures that require high requirements. As a rule, the scope of application is the construction of bridges with a railway track, overpass lines, bank vaults, various load-bearing structures, hydraulic structures, monolithic structures. The frost resistance of this brand is designed for 300 cycles, and the moisture resistance of the composition allows you to constantly interact with water without any consequences. M500 is a brand of concrete for the construction of special-purpose structures. The increased strength of the composition is resistant to moisture and frost, shock waves. It is used in the construction of the metro, special protective structures, bridge supports and other structures of a hydrotechnical nature. As you may have noticed, depending on the composition of the solution, its strength changes, and depending on this, it is divided into main grades. If we are talking about independent low-rise construction, then the best option is a concrete mortar brand M200 or M300, because M100 is not strong enough for use in the construction of the foundation for the house, and M400 and M500-applicable for more global structures using special technology and equipment. M200 and M300 are concrete with an average frost resistance and can withstand up to 100 cycles, i.e. up to 50 years of reliable service. But the difference between these brands is that the first guarantees such a duration – in a mild climate, and the second-in a climate with sharp changes in weather. To sum up, I would like to explain that the main criterion for choosing concrete is your purpose of its application. If you plan to build a small dacha structure, lay sidewalk paths with curbs, then you can safely choose the M200 brand and not worry. But if you are planning to build a reliable, durable structure, then the M300 will serve you for a long time and reliably. Разберемся с тем, что же такое «цемент»? Цемент – это дробленная, претерпевшая долгий процесс обработки, горная порода – известняк. Имеется и второе название данной строительной смеси – это портландцемент. Данный материал является основным компонентом, входящим в состав бетона, о котором мы поговорим в данной статье. Бетон подразделяют на несколько марок в зависимости от объема примесей в веществе. Примесями являются вода и щебень. Подробнее о марках: М100 – это марка бетона, в которой содержится небольшое количество гравия и щебня, а значит он обладает низкой прочностью, а значит низкой морозо – и влагостойкостью. Чаще всего его применяют при мелком строительстве, например, установке бордюров, детских площадок, пешеходных переходов. М200 – данный бетон относится к «тяжелым» бетонным смесям и применяется при малоэтажном и многоэтажном строительстве. Является основной маркой бетона при производстве ЖБИ. Кроме того, используется также при строительстве тротуарных плиток, бордюров, различных декоративных элементов. М300 – является одной из самых востребованных марок бетона из-за своего широкого спектра применения. Данный бетон применяется при строительстве дорог, фундаментов различного типа: ленточного, плитного, свайно - ростеркового, плит перекрытия и бетонных ограждений. В составе находится исключительно гранитный щебень, за счет которого данная марка обладает высокой морозостойкостью, хорошей водонепроницаемостью. М400 – данный бетон предназначен для сложных конструкций, требующих повышенных требований. Как правило, область применения – это строительство мостов с железнодорожным полотном, путепроводные линии, хранилища банков, различные несущие конструкции, сооружения гидротехнического характера, монолитные сооружения. Морозостойкость данной марки рассчитана на 300 циклов, а влагонепроницаемость состава позволяет постоянно взаимодействовать с водой без каких-либо последствий. М500 – марка бетона для строительства конструкций специального назначения. Повышенная прочность состава устойчива к воздействию влаги и мороза, ударных волн. Применяется в строительстве метрополитена, специальных защитных конструкций, мостовых опор и других сооружений гидротехнического характера. Как Вы могли заметить, в зависимости от состава раствора меняется его прочность, и в зависимости от этого он подразделяется на основные марки. Если мы говорим о самостоятельном малоэтажном строительстве, то самым оптимальным вариантом будет бетонный раствор марки М200 либо М300, потому как М100 недостаточно прочный для применения в строительстве фундамента для дома, а М400 и М500 – применим для более глобальных конструкций с использованием специальной технологии и оборудования. М200 и М300 – это бетон, имеющий средний показатель морозостойкости и способен выдержать до 100 циклов т.е. до 50 лет надежной службы. Но различие данных марок состоит в том, что первая гарантирует такую продолжительность – в мягком климате, а вторая – в климате с резкими перепадами погоды. Подводя итог, хотелось бы пояснить, что главным критерием выбора бетона становится ваша цель его применения. Если в ваших планах построить небольшое дачное сооружение, проложить тротуарные дорожки с бордюрами, тогда вы можете смело остановить свой выбор на марке М200 и не беспокоиться. А вот если вы задумали построить надежное, долговечное сооружение, тогда М300 прослужит вам долго и надежно. |
