    ЗАДАНИЕ № 1:

    1. Прочитайте и письменно переведите текст:

    At the “Operation and maintenance of electrical and electomechanical equipment” department students get the qualification of an electrician. The primary role of the electrician is to keep electrical current flowing in a safe and reliable manner to the electrical equipment. Secondary roles depend on the specific job he performs and his level of experience. In order to become good specialists students of this department learn how to read blueprints, electrical theory and mathematics.

    “Processes and production automation” is another interesting department which offers qualification of an automation engineer. It is an expert who has knowledge and ability to design, program, develop and manage systems of automation control for operating various equipment and processes in order to reduce human efforts and time to increase accuracy. The graduates of this department can work at production plants or companies that create and sell automation systems.

    “Mine construction” and “Underground ore mining” departments prepare the qualified specialists who will be able to work at the different mines. Mine engineers design and optimize safe mines for removing resources in the most efficient manner possible. They ensure that as much of the resources as possible is extracted. Some of them may specialize in a particular mineral or metal in order to find and evaluate new ore deposits. Other develop or improve mining equipment or manage processing operations that separate and refine minerals. Mine safety engineers conduct mine and equipment inspections, monitor air quality, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations to keep workers safe.
