Тип сварочного соединения выбирается на ваше усмотрение Продолжаем считать…Для того, чтобы мы могли рассчитать на прочность все элементы нашего корпуса, нужно выяснить, при каком расчетном давлении мы будем это делать.Реакционная смесь обычно занимает ¾ от общей высоты реактора (H).Расчетное давление (Рап), для элементов, которые будут находиться выше уровня жидкости (напр. крышка, фланец) принимают равным избыточному давлению (Ри), данному по заданию. Если давление ниже 1атм, принимаем его = 1атм в данном расчете.Рап=РиПродолжаем считать…Теперь нужно понять, при каком давлении рассчитывать остальные части корпуса (ниже уровня жидкости).Для этого рассчитаем гидростатическое давление столба жидкости по формуле:Рг =ρgHжЕсли у вас 2 жидких компонента, то в расчете используйте наибольшую плотность из двух.Теперь сравним величину Pг и PапЕсли Pг не превышает на 5% Pап, то Рап=РиЕсли Pг превышает на 5% Pап, то Рап= Ри +ρgHжУра, геометрические размеры!Эллиптическоеднище:Нэ = 0,25DКоническоеднище:Нк = D/(2tgα)Обечайка:Но = ((V-Vк-Vд)4)/πD2V-номинальный объем реактора, Vк – объем крышки, Vд – объем днищаЕсли и крышка и днище эллиптические:Если крышка эллиптическая, а дно коническое:Ура, геометрические размеры!Рубашка:Диаметр рубашки (Dр) определяется исходя из следующих данных:Продолжаем считать…До этого мы посчитали внутреннее давление аппарата, теперь нужно рассчитать наружноеДля элементов без рубашки: принимаем Pнар = РатмДля элементов с рубашкой: Pнар = Ратм +РрубДавление в рубашке, это по сути давление теплоносителя, (в нашем случае это жидкость) который там находится.Рубашка начинается на 150мм ниже фланца/сварного шва, т.е. ее высота Нр= Ндн+ Но-150мм (из отраслевого стандарта)Примем, что в качестве теплоносителя используется вода и посчитаем давление в рубашке (если темп. по заданию выше 100 град., то теплоноситель-силиконовое масло):Pруб=ρg2Hруб(пояснение: 2Н, т.к. рубашка с двух сторон и как бы 2 столба жидкости)Веселье начинается!Расчет толщины стенок аппаратаРасчет толщины стенок обечайки:В расчете необходимо учесть как внутреннее давление в аппарате, так и наружное. Поэтому рассчитаем толщину стенки при обоих давлениях и из полученных значений примем наибольшее. При внутреннем: Прибавка на округление до стандартной толщины листа Прибавка на компенсацию коррозии: Cк = П*Т (П-скорость коррозии мм/год (если не нашли информацию для своего случая, принимаем = 0,1мм/год) Т-срок службы реактора, примем 10 лет) (ГОСТ 19903-2015) Расчет толщины стенок обечайки:При наружном: К2 находится по номограмме (черт.5) ГОСТ 14249-89 Сравниваем S1 и S2 и выбираем большее. Толщина стенки обечайки посчитана! Расчет днища:Эллиптическое днище: Коническое днище: с=Ск+С0 непонятные обозначения – читай ГОСТ стр. 51 Расчет днища:Плоское днище: с=Ск+С0 непонятные обозначения – читай ГОСТ стр. 51 d – диаметр отверстия в днище, принимаем равным в диапазоне 50-70мм на ваше усмотрение Выбор фланцаВыбор фланца(для тех, у кого он есть)выполняется по
