    Требования к письменной речи НОО:
    - заполнять простые формуляры с указанием личной информации: имя и фамилия, возраст, страна проживания;

    - писать поздравление с днем рождения и Новым годом с опорой на образец.

    - называть буквы алфавита изучаемого языка в правильной последовательности и графически корректно воспроизводить все буквы алфавита (полупечатное написание); - знать и применять правила чтения в односложных словах, вычленять некоторые звуко-буквенные сочетания при анализе знакомых слов; читать новые слова согласно основным правилам чтения; - различать на слух и правильно произносить слова и фразы с соблюдением их ритмико-интонационных особенностей; - правильно писать изученные слова; списывать слова и предложения;

    - заполнять пропуски словами; дописывать предложения;

    - правильно расставлять знаки препинания (точка, вопросительный и восклицательный знаки в начале и в конце предложения);

    - распознавать и употреблять в устной и письменной речи не менее 200 лексических единиц (слов, словосочетаний, речевых клише), обслуживающих ситуации общения в рамках тематики, предусмотренной на первом году обучения;

    - использовать языковую догадку в распознавании интернациональных слов;
    Требования к письменной речи ОО:

    учащиеся должны уметь делать выписки из текста; писать личное письмо по образцу/без опоры на образец (расспрашивать адресата о его жизни, делах, сообщать то же о себе, выражать просьбу, благодарность), используя материал учебных тем, усвоенных в устной речи, употребляя формулы речевого этикета, принятые в стране изучаемого языка; расспрашивать в личном письме о новостях и сообщать их; рассказывать об отдельных фактах, событиях своей жизни, выражая свои суждения и чувства; описывать свои планы на будущее; писать короткие поздравления с днем рождения, другим праздником (объемом до 30 слов, включая адрес); заполнять анкету, бланки (указывать имя, фамилию, пол, возраст, гражданство, адрес). Применительно к письму как и к устной речи, ставится задача достижения минимального уровня развития коммуникативной компетенции (уровня выживания).
