Главное назначение жидкости разрыва передача с поверхности на забой скважины энергии, необходимой для раскрытия трещины, и транспортировка проппанта вдоль всей трещины. По своему назначению жидкости разделяются на три категории: жидкость разрыва, жидкость-песконоситель и продавочная жидкость. Жидкости разрыва это линейные не сшитые гелевые растворы, а жидкостями-песконосители это поли- мерсшитые жидкости, имеющие очень большую вязкость и образующие с проппантом почти идеальную суспензию, что позволяет заполнить проп- пантом весь объем трещины. Жидкости гидроразрыва должны обладать достаточной динамической вязкостью для создания трещин высокой проводимости за счет их большого раскрытия и эффективного заполнения проппантом; иметь низкие фильтрационные утечки для получения трещин необходимых размеров при минимальных затратах жидкости; обеспечивать минимальное снижение проницаемости зоны пласта, контактирующей с жидкостью разрыва; обеспечивать низкие потери давления на трение в трубах; иметь достаточную для обрабатываемого пласта термостабильность и высокую сдвиговую стабильность, т.е. устойчивость структуры жидкости при сдвиге; легко выноситься из пласта и трещины гидроразрыва после обработки; быть технологичными в приготовлении и хранении в промысловых условиях; иметь низкую коррозионную активность; быть экологически чистыми и безопасными в применении; иметь относительно низкую стоимость. Применяемые для ГРП жидкости приготавливаются либо на нефтяной, либо на водной основе. Сначала использовались вязкие жидкости на нефтяной основе для уменьшения поглощения жидкости пластом и улучшения песконесущих свойств этих жидкостей. С развитием и усовершенствованием технических средств для ГРП, увеличением подачи насосных агрегатов удается обеспечить необходимые расходы и песконесущую способность при маловязких жидкостях на водной основе. Переход на жидкости на водной основе привел к тому, что гидростатические давления за счет увеличения плотности этих жидкостей возросли, а потери на трение в НКТ уменьшились. Это в свою очередь уменьшило необходимые для ГРП давления на устье. Дешевизна воды, повсеместное ее наличие, присущие ей свойства хорошего растворителя при введении различных добавок привели к тому, что в настоящее время около 90 % операций ГРП осуществляются с использованием жидкостей на водной основе. К загустителям относятся компоненты, имеющие крахмальную основу, полиакриламид, сульфит-спиртовая барда (ССБ), КМЦ. Некоторые глинистые компоненты пластов чувствительны к воде и склонны к набуханию. Из многообразия физико-химических МУН наиболее часто применяются потокоотклоняющие технологии. Изменение или увеличение (выравнивание) профиля приемистости нагнетательных скважин называют потокоотклоняющими технологиями. На их долю приходится основной объем дополнительной добычи нефти. Это достигается за счет повышения охвата неоднородных пластов заводнением, а, следовательно, и увеличения нефтеотдачи до предельного (или близкого ему) уровня - коэффициента вытеснения. При этом наибольшее применение нашли технологии на основе вязкоупругих составов, ПАВ, полимеров, эмульгаторов, щелочей, кислот и дисперсных систем, закачка которых проводится как непосредственно в скважину (адресно), так и в скважины через кустовые насосные станции (КНС). Как правило, закачка потокоотклоняющих составов через КНС даже при одних и тех же средних объемах составов на скважину в 2-4 раза менее эффективна, чем адресная закачка. Цикличность создания оторочек должна достигать 1, а иногда 2 раза в год. Как правило, суммарный технологический эффект при циклической закачке растворов в 1,5-3,0 раза выше, чем при единовременной закачке такого же объема потокоотклоняющих составов. По мере роста циклов закачки непрерывно увеличивается число реагирующих на воздействие скважин. Начальный удельный объем закачиваемых растворов при циклическом воздействии определяется обводненностью продукции, составом химических реагентов, особенностью строения залежи и, как правило, превышает 10-20 м3/м нефтенасыщенной толщины пласта, что является необходимым минимальным объемом для создания вала нефти. В последующих циклах закачки, особенно на поздней стадии разработки, объем оторочек растворов увеличивается от 300 до 3000 м3.
