Electric cars began to lose their appeal after Ford began mass production of its gasoline Model T, they were cheaper than electric cars. And there was also an oil boom in Texas, which led to cheap gasoline. Filling stations appeared on roads across the country that delivered gasoline to rural areas where(вере) there(зеир) was no access(аксес) to electricity needed for electric vehicles(виакалс).
