1 READ AND TRANSLATE THE TEXT Travelling Путешествия В наши дни путешествия становятся все более популярными. Даже десять лет назад мы не могли представить, что сможем путешествовать почти везде. Миллионы туристов отправляются в разные места в течение года. Говорят, что путешествия расширяют кругозор, и это абсолютно верно. Даже короткое путешествие, во время которого вы знакомитесь с разными людьми и разными культурами, может полностью вас изменить. Это стало обыденным, например, для американских выпускников школ стало обычным делом проводить так называемый «академический отпуск», когда они не ходят в университет, а целый год путешествуют. Путешествовать стало намного дешевле. Тысячи людей теперь решают не идти в турфирму, а сами организовать поездку. Они бронируют рейс и гостиницу, организуют развлекательную часть и получают от этого удовольствие. Хотя все еще есть люди, которые предпочитают организованные дорогие путешествия, есть люди, которые предпочитают бюджетные путешествия. Это такой вид путешествия, когда вы находите самые дешевые билеты на самолет, путешествуете с рюкзаком, останавливаетесь в принимающей семье и когда кто-то из местных жителей показывает вам свою культуру. For many people travelling becomes the way of living. They spend months and years travelling without coming home and seeing their family. They work, travel and enjoy their lives. And in my opinion it is the most important thing — live and enjoy your life. Для многих путешествия становятся образом жизни. Они проводят месяцы и годы в путешествиях, не приходя домой и не видя свою семью. Они работают, путешествуют и наслаждаются жизнью.
