    В послеоперационном периоде проводилась иммобилизация в отводящей повязке в течение 6 недель. С 6 недели были разрешены упражнения « скольжения по столу», но сохранялось ограничение наружной ротации до половины с контралатеральной стороны в течение 12 недель с момента операции. После прекращения иммобилизации пациентка самостоятельно занималась реабилитацией. Упражнения на силу были разрешены через 3 месяца с момента операции, к 6 месяцам с момента операции пациентка полностью восстановилась (рисунок 10).

    Заключение

    По литературным данным, и согласно нашему опыту, при соблюдении указанных принципов в подавляющем большинстве случаев удается достичь приживления вращательной манжеты и восстановления функции конечности.
