The trolley was temporarily placed in the lavatory after the disembarkation. It was done just to clear the space for the catering during its loading.

Loose or heavy objects in the cabin/galleys. Tool Box “TRX-M22” behind Seat 9H, not secured. At the time of inspection a mechanic was in the lower deck, obviously not using the tool box, it is assumed that it was located behind the seat during landing, no provisions for strapping/securing available.

В полете ящик с инструментом был закреплен в гардеробе для экипажа. Для выполнения мелкого ремонта кресла на стоянке ящик был извлечен, чтобы взять оттуда необходимые инструменты. Так как ящик тяжелый, то авиатехник временно поместил его за последний ряд кресел до окончания ремонта, чтобы не носить его через весь салон нижней палубы Б-747.

During the flight the Tool Box was secured in the crew wardrobe. At the stand, the Box was taken from the wardrobe for line maintenance purposes. A mechanic placed the box temporarily behind the last row of the seats to avoid carrying the heavy box through the main deck cabin of B-747.

Floor/carpet in poor condition affecting the rapid evacuation. Between row 19C and 19E the carpet is exposed at the entire forward edge.

На предполетной подготовке и в полете ковер был в надлежащем состоянии.
Очевидно, что его передняя кромка освободилась от крепления при высадке пассажиров. Этот дефект обнаружен на предполетном осмотре и будет незамедлительно занесен в ATL.

During the preflight check and in flight, the carpet was in proper condition. The forward edge became probably loose during disembarkation. This defect was discovered during the preflight. It will be recorded in the ATL immediately.
