3.1. Results of development of each intermediate stage of Work Statement are:
- Source code and executable of the Project System;
or/and
- Software Requirements Specification (SRS);
or/and
-Installed and configured product of development, specified in clause 1.1. of this Work Statement;
or/and
- Report of development results.

3.1. Промежуточные продукты разработки состоят из:
- исходный код и файлы Программного обеспечения;
и/или
- Спецификация к программному обеспечению;
и/или
- установленный и настроенный Продукт разработки, указанный в п.1.1. настоящего Плана работ;
и/или
-отчет о выполненной работе.

3.2. Deliverables are:

3.3. The Contractor directs the results of development of each intermediate stage of Work Statement to the Client in the following way:
The Contractor locates the results of development of each intermediate stage of Work Statement on the server: _____________________on condition of the full payment of the performed work by the Client.

3.4. The Contractor provided the Deliverables to the Client in the following way:
After proper completion of the service on condition of proper acceptance and full payment of the executed work by the Client, the Contractor shall provide the Client access to cloud storage which stores the Deliverables to the Client within two (2) business days from the occurrence of the latest condition specified in this clause.
After proper completion of the service on condition of proper acceptance and full payment of the executed work by the Client, the Contractor shall transmit the Deliverables to the Client by e-mail within two (2) business days from the occurrence of the latest condition specified in this clause.
After proper completion of the service on condition of proper acceptance and full payment of the executed work by the Client, the Contractor shall store the Deliverables to the account of the Client in AppStore/PlayMarket/WindowsStore/… within two (2) business days from the occurrence of the latest condition specified in this clause.

3.4. Исполнитель направляет Заказчику конечные продукты разработки следующим способом:
По результатам выполнения работ, при условии надлежащей приемки и полной оплаты Заказчиком выполненных работ, Исполнитель в срок не позднее 2 (Двух) рабочих дней с момента наступления наиболее позднего условия, указанного в настоящем пункте, предоставляет Заказчику доступ к облачному хранилищу, в котором хранятся Конечные продукты разработки.
По результатам выполнения работ, при условии надлежащей приемки и полной оплаты Заказчиком выполненных работ, Исполнитель в срок не позднее 2 (Двух) рабочих дней с момента наступления наиболее позднего условия, указанного в настоящем пункте, направляет Конечные продукты разработки Заказчику на адрес электронной почты Контактного лица.
По результатам выполнения работ, при условии надлежащей приемки и полной оплаты Заказчиком выполненных работ, Исполнитель в срок не позднее 2 (Двух) рабочих дней с момента наступления наиболее позднего условия, указанного в настоящем пункте, загружает Конечные продукты разработки в AppStore/PlayMarket/WindowsStore/… под учетной записью Заказчика.

По результатам выполнения работ, при условии надлежащей приемки и полной оплаты Заказчиком выполненных работ, Исполнитель в срок не позднее 2 (Двух) рабочих дней с момента наступления наиболее позднего условия, указанного в настоящем пункте, устанавливает и настраивает продукт разработки на сервере _____________.

По результатам выполнения работ, при условии надлежащей приемки и полной оплаты Заказчиком выполненных работ, Исполнитель в срок не позднее 10 (Десяти) рабочих дней с момента наступления наиболее позднего условия, указанного в настоящем пункте, передает продукт разработки Заказчику на материальном носителе:______________________.

3.5. The results of development of each intermediate stage of Work Statement and the Deliverables, submitted by the Contractor to the Client in the manner specified in the clauses 3.3. and 3.4. of this Work Statement, are available to the Client/ can be resent to the Client during the period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of performance of such results. After the expiration of this period, the Contractor terminates the access to the services results.

3.5. Промежуточные и конечные продукты разработки, переданные Исполнителем Заказчику способами, указанными в п.3.3. и 3.4. настоящего Плана работ, остаются доступными для Заказчика/могут быть повторно направлены Заказчику в течение периода в размере 30 (Тридцать) календарных дней с даты предоставления таких результатов. По истечении указанного срока Исполнитель прекращает доступ к указанным результатам работ.

4. The manner of the Contractor’s submitting documentation for the Services’ result(s) to the Client

4. Способ предоставления Исполнителем документации, подтверждающей выполнение работ, предусмотренных настоящим Договором
|
4.1. The direction of scanned copies of documents confirming the fact of proper performance of service through e-mail address of the contact persons is considered as a proper way to exchange signed documents.

4.1. Надлежащим способом обмена подписанными документами, подтверждающими факт выполнения работ, считается направление сканированных копий таких документов посредством электронной почты в адрес Контактных лиц.

5.1. In the cases referred to in Section 8 of the Contracts, the Contractor shall fix defects, if any, within a guaranteed period of _______ (___________________________) business weeks from the acceptance of the Services’ result(s).
